this post was on the revolution blog: Did anyone else watch the game in the stands at RFK stadium? Khano Smith did another unsportsmanlike act after the headbutt incident. I don’t think the TV cameras caught it, but almost everyone sitting in the stands did and we can’t figure out what the heck happened. When Joseph Ngwenya was being substituted out, Smith was ‘escorting’ Ngwenya off the field by pushing him from behind for about 15 yards (yes, just like a child would). And just as Ngwenya reached the sideline to exit the field, Smith did one final big push to get him off the field. It was so blatant and so disgusting to watch, that (1) I can’t believe he wasn’t red carded for that behavior and (2) I’m surprised no one else saw and reported it. Did anyone else see it and/or know what the heck happened? I’ve lost all respect for him and you all are right– he’s a liability and should be benched (or booted)

The game looked like it belonged to NE at half, but Houston turned the screws. Was glad to be there. Congrats.

Congratulations! Great synopsis... and can you toss in a few more San Jose comments? I kid I kid (insert smiley face here)!

At the end of the day, the two teams that went to the final are the two teams with the most consistent core line-ups and who didn't sign a designated player. Viva la MLS!
