Starting this Monday the MLS powers at be will descend upon the masses at Texas Pro Soccer Fest 08′ in all 4 MLS teams will make the trip including our boys in orange, D.C. United, Toronto F.C., and Chivas U.S.A.
If you live in the San Antonio area this is probably your best bet at seeing the soccer community in America at large, for D.C. United and the Dynamo is more or less CONCACAF Champion’s Cup warm up matches since at some point during the soccer fest there will be a series of double header tournaments that will be played at a local high school.
This is such a great idea that MLS got involved in this not only can you meet them you may also get to practice with some of the best we have to offer in the league, unfortunately I can’t attend but I would love to hear if any readers will be attending!
There’s not necessarily a whole lot going on in the world of orange no big updates, just the City of Houston is asking itself what it did buy those 6 city blocks for….hint hint a stadium. Also just a bunch of hammering out of details between Golden Boy Productions and AEG nothing to exciting, well I’ll be back tonight with a small review of what I think is in store for us with the CONCACAF Champions Cup. In the meantime heres a picture of our stadium as it is now….

MLS Powers, I like that term. However, I heard they also invited Toronto.
