The Offside Houston – Still Alive, Still Bleeding Orange
By: J.J. | November 10th, 2010Well folks, as you may have already noticed (or you know, didn’t), The Offside - Houston has been a little slow as of late. Hopefully, this little post will be the spark for more posts to come in the next few months. I mean, we’ve got until March 19 of next year to discuss which cheerleader is the hottest, which seats in the Robertson suck the most, or what changes need to be made to the Orange Powerhouse in terms of staff, players, etc. That’s right, the 2011 MLS season kicks off on Saturday March 19, 2011.

This new season will have a few juicy changes to it, bringing two new teams to the league that we can hopefully bulldoze over and take as easy wins. This also means that the regular season will have a 34-match schedule, as opposed to the 30-game schedule that we had during this past season.
Anyways, as long as these MLS newbies don’t “pull a Dynamo” and win the MLS cup on their first season outing as a club, we’re just fine. So, if you’re a rocket scientist, you’ll realize that this means more home games, which in turn means more reasons to go see the Dynamo cheerleaders and enjoy yourself in the incredible atmosphere of the Robertson for the home games.
BLEED ORANGE.
