Craig Willing Villain

A terrific quote from Craig Waibel after Saturday’s Colorado-Houston game:

“I’m Darth Vader!”

This was in reference to the booing by the Rapids fans every time Craig touched the ball.

Craig added that he “bleeds orange” and only wants his own fans to support him. Excellent stuff!

He had some intelligent comments about the game, too. He put it down to bad luck. “I don’t think they were better than us,” he said. “Soccer can be a cruel game.” He also said that fitness was not an issue in this game.
